Introduction to the solar heat collector "Solar Thermal Absorber"
Achieved a light absorption rate of 99% by stacking nanomaterials in three dimensions.
The "solar heat absorber" is a heat collector that efficiently captures sunlight through a coating of a composite liquid made of titanium oxide and carbon nanotubes, as well as titanium oxide and metal oxides. By mixing dispersed CNTs and metal oxides with a titanium precursor and coating while maintaining the dispersed state, we successfully created a structure that retains pores. It has a three-layer structure consisting of a base layer, a light absorption layer, and a top coat, which provides good adhesion to the substrate and excellent high-temperature durability. 【Features】 ■ Structure that retains pores ■ Absorbs 99% of sunlight across a wide wavelength range from ultraviolet to near-infrared ■ Capable of efficiently transferring heat to the substrate *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
